What does the $24.99 monthly plan actually cover?
It keeps your existing website hosted, maintained, monitored, protected and supported at the platform level. That means the hosting environment, core and plugin maintenance, scheduled backups, security hardening, uptime monitoring, and email support from the studio that built the site.
Is $24.99 per month the full price of my website?
No. It is the recurring platform price for one website. A one-time website build, migration, cleanup or platform onboarding fee may apply before the monthly plan begins, and anything listed as available separately is quoted on its own.
Does the plan include content edits or new pages?
Not by default. Content edits, new pages, redesigns, advanced features and ongoing SEO work are separate unless a signed client agreement specifically includes them. They are quoted as Website Care or scoped as a Growth Project.
Are domain renewals and business email included?
No. Domain registration, domain renewals and business email subscriptions are billed separately. We manage the setup and keep the records pointed correctly, but the subscriptions themselves stay in your name and on your bill.
Can you put a website you did not build on the platform?
The Stubborn Business Plan is designed for websites built, launched or approved by Stubborn Ibex Studios. If your site was built elsewhere, we review it first, and a migration or cleanup fee may apply before the monthly plan can begin.
Is the price per website or per business?
Per website. The Stubborn Business Plan is $24.99 per month for one website. A second website is a second plan.
What happens if my website goes down?
Uptime and platform monitoring run against your site, so an outage usually raises a flag on our side. Platform-level troubleshooting is part of the monthly plan, and scheduled backups give us a restore point when something needs to be rolled back.
How do I get started?
Send the intake form. We confirm whether your website is a fit for the platform, quote any one-time build, migration or onboarding work up front, and start the monthly plan once the site is living on the platform.
